Our Story

Hi, I’m Jay Bakker, the proud owner of Napa Hot Chicken and the iconic Squeeze Burger here in Napa, CA. I started this journey back in 2006, just a few years after graduating from Chico State. I was 24 years old, eager to make my mark, and saw an opportunity to bring something special to Napa. The original Squeeze Inn in Sacramento had already earned a great reputation, and I was lucky enough to be the first person to franchise off of it. Now, I’m thrilled to add a new concept to the Napa scene with Napa Hot Chicken!
